Human Resource Department

The Human Resources Department is committed in working strategically to identify and respond to the changing needs of Al Watanyiah. We will provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures, thus fostering a positive work environment.

We provide overall direction on resource management issues and administrative support functions related to the management of employees for all departments of Al Watanyiah. The mission of the department is to serve other departments in their efforts to recruit, train and retain a diverse and competent work force and to comply with all applicable laws prevailing in Oman to allow the departments to carry out their mission more effectively.

In addition to providing centralized human resource functions, the Human Resource department is responsible for administering the benefits, employee welfare, Performance appraisal and employees compensation.

Besides all the other functions we are providing peculiar attention to develop the skills and competence of Omani employees by providing proper training and development opportunities to them, In order to formulate the system in better way separate Omanisation wing is constituted.
