Finance & Accounts

The department is responsible for arranging & managing project finance both funded & non-funded facilities through banks & other institutions; Cash Flow planning and optimization of working capital; manage & supervise accounts, audit and MIS. The department also monitors project wise performance vis-à-vis Business Plans; Profit planning, programs for capital investing and financing, sales forecast, with control and procedures to effectuate the plan. Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions.
